Pastor Samuel M. Earl
Pastor Samuel M. Earl was born in Sanford, Florida to the late Willie and Grace Earl. At the age of 16 years old, Pastor Earl gave his life to the Lord. God called him into the ministry and upon graduating from high school he entered Conquerors Bible College in Portland, Oregon which was affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church International. Pastor Earl was ordained on May 25, 1976.
Pastor Earl served as an evangelist in the United Pentecostal Church International. He traveled the United States and Canada preaching the gospel. The Lord led Pastor Earl to the pastorate and called him to the Saint Louis area. Pastor Earl has pastored in the Saint Louis area for over 34 years.
God has used Pastor Earl to build and renovate several church buildings as well as countless lives. He is a man with great vision and wisdom which he uses to build the people of God on a firm foundation so that believers may reach their fullest potential in Christ. God uses Pastor Earl to help those the world discards and to teach them how to reclaim the newness of life through Christ Jesus.
Pastor Earl founded Maranatha Ministries as a weekly fellowship in 1997. In 2000, Maranatha established as a church purchased its first location. Under Pastor’s seasoned leadership Maranatha acquired its current location, a 32,000 square foot building, which currently houses, a sanctuary, dining hall, kitchen and executive office building. Phase II of the renovation project is forth coming which will offer community based programs for Seniors, Youth, and the underserved of the community.
In 2013, Pastor Earl being led by the Spirit of God established a satellite church in Melbourne, Florida. The Lord assured Pastor Earl that He would establish a multi-cultural Bible Believing Church in the Viera area.
Pastor Samuel M. Earl committed to reaching the community by rebuilding families and changing lives, served 2 terms on the Board of Alderman for the City of Vinita Park. During his latter term he served as President of the Board of Alderman. During his tenure, Pastor Earl made great progress in reaching out to the community.
Pastor Earl is a member of the Fellowship of International Christian World Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Frederick K.C. Price.
Pastor Earl is married to Lady Natalie C. Earl and as partners in life and ministry this dynamic duo is committed to rebuilding families and changing lives to the glory of God. They reside in West St. Louis County.
